Mimma is the founder and Managing Partner of IMS Talent. Since 1986 she has successfully executed hundreds of senior level search assignments for major industries and functions. Throughout her career Mimma has lectured in talent recruitment for senior roles and about career planning.

Mimma has always been an active professional networker. She is the co-founder of Board Professionals and has acted as its President for several years. She is also a board member of the Association of Finnish Executive Search firms.

Markku Hugg

Senior Consultant

Markku has nearly 20 years of experience in management positions and recruiting executives and key professionals. Markku is former military officer (Captain, ret) and MBA from the Helsinki School of Economics. As an officer he trained future leaders of the Reserve Officer School and the National Defence University.

In business life, he has worked in several sales and management positions from small and medium-sized enterprises to listed companies. Personal selling and sales management Markku has characterized as his passion.

Hannele Salminen

Hannele Salminen

Partner

Hannele has a broad international experience in global Human Resource Management. Prior to joining IMS Talent she served as VP, Human Resources in a globally operating, listed industrial company. In that capacity she recruited management team members in several countries. Earlier in her career she has also worked in the ICT sector.

At IMS Talent Hannele specializes in consulting and advising clients in Executive and other key professional recruitments as well as management audits and board evaluation processes.

Hannele’s strengths in executive search are her international contact network, versatile professional background and long-term experience in recruitment and resource assessment.

Markku Hugg has started as a Senior Consultant 30 August 2011. Markku is MBA and former military officer (Captain, ret). He has previously worked at Manpower Group Oy as Recruitant Consultant and Sales Manager.

Risto Tammisalo has started as a Project Manager 15 August 2011. Risto holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Economics from the University of Helsinki. He has over 10 years’ of Executive Search experience in various roles.
