Board Member Search
Possessing a complementary mix of talent on the board is fundamental to its optimal operation: the key is in finding experienced executives with distinctive strategic competences – but who also represent something new and dynamic that breaks the mould.

Mimma is the founder and Managing Partner of IMS Talent. Since 1986 she has successfully executed hundreds of senior level search assignments across numerous industries and functions.
For years Mimma has acted as a trusted advisor for companies in building successful leadership teams.
Mimma has always been an active professional networker. She is the co-founder of Board Professionals Finland and acted as its president for several years. She is also a board member in the Finnish Executive Search Firms’ Association.
Marja has been in the field of executive search for over 15 years. At IMS Talent she leads the Market & Candidate Research Practice. Additionally, she works in close co-operation with IMS Talent’s global search partners in demanding international search assignments.
Previously Marja has held senior sales and marketing positions, in both Finnish and international companies.
Hannele has broad experience globally in recruiting senior talent for international roles and building Management Teams for multinational organizations.
Prior to joining IMS Talent she served as EVP of Human Resources in a globally operating and listed industrial company.
Besides carrying out searches for demanding executive and managerial positions, Hannele also specializes in leadership assessments and board evaluation processes.
