Kristian works at IMS Talent as Assignment Manager helping national and international clients to find the most suitable candidates for demanding executive and managerial positions. He works closely with the consultants and is responsible for the candidate market research and contacting.
Kristian has over 10 years of working experience in Executive Search. Before joining IMS Talent Kristian has worked for another Executive Search company where he has carried out numerous research assignments across different industries, companies and functions.
Kristian holds a Master´s Degree in Economics from Jyväskylä University. Kristian's working languages are Finnish, Swedish and English.
