Elisa Puolakka

Elisa has been a Partner at IMS Talent since 2025. She works with national and international companies helping them to acquire and develop their top talent. Elisa carries out searches for demanding executive and managerial positions as well as Board members. She also focuses in Board Evaluations and Executive Team Services.

Elisa has wide experience in industrial sector as well as Retail, Wholesale, IT, Life Science and Professional Services.

Prior to joining IMS Talent, Elisa has built an extensive career in the Executive Search industry. She has carried out numerous assessments as well as international audits and evaluations. She has also been active in coaching and outplacement projects. Earlier in her career, Elisa ran her own consultancy firm and has dedicated her entire professional journey to competence development.

Elisa holds a Master’s degree in Food Science Economics from the University of Helsinki. She has also studied psychology at the Open University and holds a Business Coach certificate along with several assessment certifications. Currently, she is studying doctoral studies at the Turku School of Economics. Her working languages are Finnish and English.
