IMS Talent – connecting the dots since 1986
This year, IMS Talent celebrates its 40th anniversary. Since 1986, our work has been guided by a clear mission: to help organizations succeed by finding the right leaders for the right roles. Executive search has always been—and continues to be—our core business. Around it, we have built long-term client relationships and a strong market position.
What began as a two-person company has grown into an organization of 11 experts and the second-largest executive search firm focusing on top management in Finland. Our growth is based on a deep understanding of leadership, a strong partnership model, and the ability to identify the most critical competence needs of our clients.
Alongside executive search assignments, we have also developed services for evaluating leadership teams and boards of directors. Since 2015, we have conducted around 100 board evaluations, as well as dozens of leadership team assessments in recent years.
The experience gained over these years provides a unique perspective, particularly on the development and impact of board work, and we will share our key insights later during this anniversary year.
Over four decades, the operating environment has changed significantly, but our commitment to our clients’ success has remained unchanged.
To mark our anniversary year, we are launching a 40-year anniversary logo that symbolizes our journey so far—and our focus on the future.
