IMS Talent to host IMD International Search Group Annual Meeting in Helsinki

In May, IMS Talent will have the pleasure of hosting the IMD International Search Group Annual Meeting in Helsinki.

Founded in 1972, IMD International Search Group is a Top 40 global executive search organization (Hunt Scanlon rankings 2024), with offices across major markets and business centers worldwide. Through its international structure and deep industry expertise, the network provides clients with access to a truly global executive talent pool and supports organizations in identifying and securing high-impact leaders.

The annual meeting brings together IMD member firms from around the world to exchange insights, develop best practices, and strengthen collaboration across markets. This year’s meeting in Helsinki will focus on key topics shaping our industry and the future of leadership.

The multi-day agenda will include updates on the network’s development, discussions on best practices, and workshops covering themes such as board work, evolving leadership requirements, and new technologies. A central focus will be how we can continue to support our clients in an increasingly complex and rapidly changing environment.
